- 3 tablespoons (42 grams) butter, room temperature
- 6 tablespoons (168 grams) cream cheese, room temparature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
- 3 cups (360 grams) powder sugar
