Rainbow Sherbet Cupcakes

A Rainbow Sherbet flavored cupcakes! the cupcakes come out a lovely peach color. With not only a tri-colored frosting but also a tri-flavored! You are going to love how easy these cupcakes are to make, and how they practically scream out Summertime!!
Ingredients
For Cupcakes:
  • 1 cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups melted Rainbow Sherbet (can melt in microwave)
For Frosting:
  • Duncan Hines Flavor Creations packets in Strawberry Shortcake, Orange Creamsicle, and Key Lime
  • 8 cups of Powdered Sugar
  • ⅔ cup heavy cream
  • 8 tablespoons butter

Instructions
For Cupcakes:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cupcake liners in cupcake tin.
  2. Add cake mix, eggs, and rainbow sherbet into mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
