These vanilla cupcakes With a Surprise Inside! are a cinch to make which are amazing, gorgeous and so creative. you can put any surprise inside them. They are just so, so fun!
Ingredients

 For the cupcakes
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 and 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 and 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs plus one egg yolk
  • 1 and 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup milk
For the filling
  • 1/3 cup mini M&Ms 
For the frosting
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3-4 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  •  sprinkles, optional

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer, using the paddle attachment on medium-high speed, cream together butter, sugar, salt, baking powder and vanilla until fluffy and light colored, or about 5 minutes.
